Complaint Procedure

Participants have the right to use a structured and independent complaint procedure in case of problems, discrimination, or conflicts. This applies particularly in case of violations against the principles of the Terms and Conditions and the statement of principles as well as against the provisions of the RAL quality mark.

  • Complaints can be made directly to Mr. Jakob Hennig, email address jakob@deraja.org, or to info@deraja.org, with the subject "Complaint".

  • Complaints are answered within one week, and depending on the facts of the case, remedy is provided as quickly as possible.

  • The regulations of the Whistleblower Protection Act apply. Whistleblowing persons must not suffer disadvantages.
